This is a copy of the FOI requested from the Australian Public Service Commission which shows the inadequate process of a proper and correct investigation into the conduct of Veronique Ingram ITSA and the acting Commonwealth Ombudsman Alison Larkins. This clearly demonstrates the obvious attempts by the Australian Public Service Commission to coverup and protect the corrupt conduct in these government agencies.
