Paul Pattison 8.7.2011 Deregisterd trustee
This is the decision handed down by Justice North of the Federal Court on the 8.7.2011.
It should be noted that it was not ITSA but ASIC who had commenced investigations and Mr Pattison agreed to resign his corporate Insolvency Appointments.
At the time of Pattisons resignation a number of applicants apposed it.
By the court accepting Pattisons resignation this locked out any claims against him by Bankrupts that Paul Pattison had fucked over.
The Inspector General happily consented to his resignation . Clearly she hoped that this would now bring to a close allegations that she , Adam Toma and Bankruptcy Relation had been protecting him.
This was also a touchy subject for the Skankey Hoe, Veronique Ingram in the senate when Senator Williams questioned her on this matter.
