Mark Findlay/Commonwealth Ombudsman protects misconduct at ITSA
On the 11th November 2011 Alison Larkins acting Commonwealth Ombudsman and Diane Merryfull Assistant Senior Ombudsman met with representatives of senior management at ITSA to do a deal to protect and cover up systemic misconduct and breaches of the bankruptcy Act.
This behaviour of gross misconduct had been instigated by the Principal Legal Officer Mathew Osbourne and was covered up by Mark Findlay, Bankruptcy Regulations.
Alison Larkins made a deal that she would protect
Veronique Ingram, Inspector General
Mathew Osborne Principal Legal Officer ITSA
Mark Findlay Bankruptcy Regulations
Adam Toma National Manager Enforcement and Regulations.
Alison Larkins unethical behaviour shows an entrenched attitude at the Commonwealth Ombudsman that they do not have to comply with the APS Code of conduct and values. Allan Asher was forced to resign because he was exposed as a Shonk in October.
