legal advice on corrupt conduct

Luke Phelps
Legal Branch Commonwealth Ombudsman

Hi Again Luke,
As a legal officer you would be aware of the consequences of Alison Larkins deliberately protecting corrupt conduct at ITSA.
You will be aware she has been referred to the APS Commissioner for this.
My bloggs on the internet will make sure she never has the opportunity to succeed into the position she now act in.
It would be  in Alison Larkins best interest that she receives legal advice from you of her obligations. Alan Asher was exposed  as a Shonk and made to resign. Alison Larkins has continued in Alan Ashers unethical behaviour.
This matter is not going away. S15 of the ombudsman's act requires that systemic corruption be exposed and reported to the Attorney General.
Instead of exposing this she has done a deal with ITSA to cover this up
Alison Larkins continues to protect

Veronique Ingram
Matthew Osborne, Principal Legal Officer
Adam Tom
Mark Findlay Cheryl Cullen
I have received  a message on twitter this morning that the same is occurring at ITSA in Queensland
I will now  put this  email on the internet so anyone in Australia can see  the involvement of the Commonwealth's  Ombudsman's Legal section  in the deliberate protection of corrupt conduct.
Thank you
Fiona Brown
