On the 11th November2011 Alison Larkins acting Commonwealth Ombudsman and Dianne Merryful met with representatives of ITSA senior Management.
Although the Commonwealth Ombudsman had extensive evidence of systemic misconduct a deal was struck that the Commonwealth Ombudsman would protect and cover the misconduct.

and of course the person who instigated it all Mathew Osborne, Principal legal Officer
Diane Merryfull is in breach of the APS code of Conduct and values... How will Alison larkins cover up for her behaviour to to a deal to coverup misconduct by senior management at ITSA????
