Ha Ha How very funny.... Cheryl Cullen told me the trusttee has the discretion to mislead a creditor????? What......... Doesn't make bloody sense......... only if you are relying on Section 134(3) which does not apply anyway because this section is limited to property .......... and ITSA gets away with it because no one has collected the evidence and Mark Findlay( Bankruptcy Regulations)has no accountability.....
Good on Ya Matthew Osborne... so you never thought you would get caught.......... why don't you ring Senator Williams and you can come to some arrangement and cover this all up... isn't Senator Williams funny....fist he claims to be a hero at ITSA and ASIC inquiries and when he is given evidence of breaches and misconduct at ITSA and why it is occurring the Nationals want to fight with me ...
