ITSA is using S134(3) to justify any misconduct and breaches over the entire Bankruptcy Act ........ that is why Bankruptcy Regulations found only 20 complaints justified last financial year................... You idiot....... s134(3) is the discretion of a trustee in relation to property .... It does not refer to the entire Act which Mathew Osbourne is trying to apply it to.
