15 complaints about agency Heads fucked over by Steven Sedgwick.!!!/ Australian Public Service complaints/ corruption at the Australian Public Service Commission/ APSC Annual report

These were  the 15 complaints made under S41 of the Australian Public Service Act  2011-2012.
From my FOI it is clear this corrupt Commissioner fails to comply with any investigation  standards when investigating these complaints.
This commissioner is clearly licking the shit off the arse of the Government and protecting the systemic corrupt conduct of  Government Agencies heads.
This corrupt Commissioner found only one complaint  warranted an inquiry.
 The procedures of inquiries are meant to be unbiased so why did this fucking commissioner request  Robert Cornell to do an inquiry when ,as the the secretary of the Attorney Generals department for 8 years this would have definately been a conflict of  interest.

The Commissioner also handled 15 allegations against agency heads made by APS employees and members of the public under section 41(1)(f) of the PS Act. The complaints featured allegations that agency decision-makers had failed to comply with their legislative obligations, including declaring conflicts of interest, or that their personal behaviour had failed to uphold the Code of Conduct. Of the 10 allegations finalised in 2011–12, only one warranted an inquiry. The inquiry found no substantive evidence to support a conclusion that there had been a breach of the Code of Conduct. Three allegations lapsed or were withdrawn and no inquiry was warranted in the remaining six finalised cases.
