Intimidation S474.17/ Federal Police intimidation/ Adam Toma ITSA/ Veronique Ingram ITSA
In an effort to protect systemic Corrupt conduct in Government Departments and agencies Adam Toma has sent the thugs from the Federal Police  to see  twice and try and intimidate me.
  The whole matter is particularly  amuzing   as exposing individual systemic corrupt conduct in Government departments is a civil matter and cannot be prosecuted under criminal legislation. Therefore as no threat has ever been made s 474.17 of the Crimes Act does  not apply.
        However the Federal Police clearly are attempting to make this  stick.
As I have already said  the Federal Police should put this before a magistrate. Preferably the Federal Police should find a corrupt one!!!!
  Clearly if the Government employees are so aggrieved what I write  and taking into account and consideration that I have documented evidence of the failure to comply with  required standards or Australian law, then they are welcome to take me to court.
 Again the matter would be Civil and not under the Criminal Act   as the Federal Police are attempting to allege.
Adam Toma should take me to court himself if he is so aggrieved or a simpler solution would be  if he just SUCKS IT UP!!!!
