misconduct at ITSA
Allan Asher ( Commonwealth Ombudsman)Covering up misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act at ITSA...... look stupid... you have been given 750 pages of evidence I was told by the solicitors how to collect the evidence, I was told to have everything in writing , I was told to confirm everything by email so if my interpretation was not correct there was opportunity to correct it by the ITSA staff, I spoke with Mark Findlay to obtain the evidence I knew I needed....Funny , Funny....section 134(3) does not give the trustee a discretion to breach the Bankruptcy Act.........section 134(3) cannot be used to cover up gross misconduct.......What about ASIC......... bet the same is being done there.........Bury your head in the sand Senator Williams.........

Ha Ha How very funny.... Cheryl Cullen told me the trusttee has the discretion to mislead a creditor????? What......... Doesn't make bloody sense......... only if you are relying on Section 134(3) which does not apply anyway because this section is limited to property .......... and ITSA gets away with it because no one has collected the evidence and Mark Findlay( Bankruptcy Regulations)has no accountability.....
Good on Ya Matthew Osborne... so you never thought you would get caught.......... why don't you ring Senator Williams and you can come to some arrangement and cover this all up... isn't Senator Williams funny....fist he claims to be a hero at ITSA and ASIC inquiries and when he is given evidence of breaches and misconduct at ITSA and why it is occurring the Nationals want to fight with me ... Strewth Mate

So Julie Padgett Manager BFI does not refer Bankrupts to Enforcement because Mattew Osborne told her she can breach the Bankruptcy Act using section 134(3)
Good on ya Julie ... you know how to do it ...... no worries Mark Findlay will cover up for you.....

and... I have the evidence on Adam Toma writing that he has reviewed everything and found everything to be acceptable...... Ha Ha...... Bet he never thought it would come to this...... lets see......I complained to Bankruptcy Regulations of the Misconduct and breaches of the bankruptcy Act at ITSA. At the time I was unaware that Matthew Osborne had advised staff that they all had the discretion to breach the Bankruptcy act... So Mark Findlay covered up the misconduct by Tibor Karolyi Guilia Inga and Florence Choo ( by the way Mark Findlay had a relationship with Florence Choo)MMMMMMMMM I think that would constitute a conflict of interest.... Ha Ha Ha and then Adam Toma reviewed it and agreed with Mark Findlay........( sorry guys if you want to cover up anything make sure things are never put in writing) and then I went to the Attorney General..........MMMMMM how stupid of me....... ITSA is in the Attorney Generals Portfolio.... and I was told by Adam Jones& Helen Daniels of the Attorney Generals Department that my complaint had no foundations because of the report written by Mark Findlay............... So I sent them my evidence... 75o Pages.......... then I was told to give my evidence to the Commonwealth Ombudsman.... Ha Ha and he covered it all up and Greg Kachel of Senator Williams Office is saying give the Commonwealth Ombudsman one last chance Ha HHa.... how many investigations does it take for the Commonwealth Ombudsman to get it right......... Allan Asher... you stupid fool ITSA is using Section 134(3) to justify any misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act and now you are being referred to the APS Commissioner....... soooooooo SUCK IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why did the Giulia Inga Official Receiver NSW and ACT try to assist a Bankrupt commit fraud against the Bankruptcy Act and how many others has she done this for????? ( Senator Williams ... I have the evidence in writing)
