misconduct at ITSA

Why did Giulia Inga  Official Receiver NSW and Act try to assist a bankrupt to fail to discharge his duties under the bankruptcy Act and how many other Bankrupts has she assisted. As the Official receiver why does she think this is acceptable???? ..............Bet she wished I through that email away................ Sorry Giulia Honey, I got it in my file!!!!!
