Robert Cornall is a shonk. Of course his report is  to protect the Government regarding Manus Island and not to expose the truth.

Robert Cornall is the shonk  Commissioner Steve Sedgwick requested investigate a complaint  on  a Government Agency Head under S41  of the Australian Public Service Act which was also covered up and protected.

 Senator Hansen Young is correct to question this  former Public Servant on his shonky report which fails to adequately address the Manus Island situation
