Paul Pattison/ ITSA's FOI disclosure LOG

According to  Freedom of Information Act requests under FOI are to be posted on ITSA's disclosure log. It has not been updated since APRIL 2012.
Under FOI I made a request to be informed on the number of complaints ITSA had received on the Trustee Paul Pattison.
In the 12 months prior to his de-registration ITSA had received 9 complaints. ITSA failed to disclose to me how many complaints that they received overall.
ITSA has had three weeks now to post  this information on their disclosure log which they have failed to do so.

Subsection 11C(3) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 requires agencies to publish on their websites details of information released pursuant to FOI request received by them (other than documents referred to in subsection 11C(1), which includes personal information about a person or information about the business, commercial, financial or professional affairs of a person, if it would be unreasonable to publish the information).
In accordance with those requirements, set out below are descriptions of such information/documents released by ITSA.
Information attached to, or referred to in, ITSA’s disclosure log will generally be removed after 12 months, unless the information has enduring public value.

Either ITSA has made a decision that this information is personal and the public should not be made aware of the  number of complaints made about Pattison  which shows gross incompetence  of Bankruptcy Regulation which has no investigation policy  or it is plainly failing to comply with it's obligation of disclosure.
