Alison Larkins protecting corrupt conduct on ITSA Audit Committee

Alison Larkins, acting Commonwealth Ombudsman is protecting corrupt conduct by Adam Toma who is on ITSA'S Audit Committee.

If there is corrupt conduct on this committee then you can be sure the whole system is corrupt.

How many other Agencies is she doing the same for????

This clearly shows she is unfit for the position of Ombudsman and also deputy Ombudsman.

How long has the Ombudsman been protecting corrupt conduct by Government Agencies???? Is part of their policy that this is done for the Government to restrict liability????

If the Commonwealth Ombudsman protects such atrocious systemic conduct by an individual on the Audit Committee what else are they covering up.

What is the Commonwealth Ombudsman covering up at ASIC???????????

It is time to get rid of senior Management at the Commonwealth Ombudsman.

Alan Asher was made to resign because of unethical behavior and less than 2 months latter Alison Larkins is doing exactly the same. This also exposes the unethical behavior entrenched at the Commonwealth Ombudsman

He is aware that the Commonwealth Ombudsman did a deal to coverup systemic corrupt conduct at ITSA.
The Commonwealth Ombudsman did a deal to protect the misconduct of Veronique Ingram , Mathew Osborne,Principal legal Officer , Mark Findlay , Bankruptcy Regulation, Julie Padgett NSW Manager BFI and Adam Toma , National Manager Enforcement and Regulations.
And now I discover……………….Holy shit…………Adam Toma is on ITSA’s Audit Committee………………. What the FUCK???????????????????
What is Senator John Williams hiding???????????
He is now aware of the gross corrupt conduct at ITSA that the Commonwealth Ombudsman are trying to coverup.

If you are receiving shit from ITSA and I am aware a lot of people are, put this plan in place,
Always keep all your emails in a file so you have proof of contact,
confirm any meetings with them and what was discussed after the fact.
Remember Bankruptcy regulations is complying with the legal department to coverup any corrupt conduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act.
Mathew Osbourne Legal Officer is instructing the Manager from Bankruptcy Fraud Unit that section S134(3) allows them to refuse to investigate fraud.
Adam Toma National Manager complies with the Legal Department at ITSA to coverup all misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act and threatens you with prosecution if you continue to complain
If you make a complaint to the Ombudsman they will cover this up so ITSA can continue this conduct.If there also was a report made it would put a a black mark against the name of veronique Ingram who worked for the OECD and ruin her career.
S15 of the Ombudsmans Act requires that corrupt conduct be exposed. Alison Larkins is no better than Alan Asher.
You need to go and see the statistics of the Ombudsman and you will observe all the Government department they are covering up corrupt conduct in . You will see anything higher than a section 4, the Commonwealth Ombudsman have done a deal with that department to cover this up.
I also make a point that contacting Senator John Williams is a joke. He is aware that the Commonwealth Ombudsman is protecting ITSA . Veronique Ingram referred to the Auditor General

Veronique Ingram/ITSA/ to be referred to the Auditor General 

Veronique Ingram , Inspector General is to be referred to the Auditor General for promoting corrupt conduct at ITSA.
She has already been referred to the Australian Public Service Commissioner and has done a deal with the Commonwealth Ombudsman to cover up this systemic Corrupt conduct instigated by Matthew Osborne Principal Legal Officer at ITSA

Veronique Ingram / Alison Larkins protects scam at ITSA 

The Inspector General Bankruptcy is protecting the scam at ITSA and now Alison larkins,acting Commonwealth Ombudsman  has made a deal to protect misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act also.

How very funny........... the Commonwealth Ombudsman is refusing to acknowledge my request for the report under FOI that was made by Alison Larkins and Diane Merryfull when they met with ITSA on the 11th November 2011.
Will Alison larkins tamper with the report or will she conveniently lose it????

Alison Larkins/Commonwealth Ombudsman 

On the 11th of November Alison Larkins  met with representatives of senior management  of  the Insolvency trustee Service Australia.
She had extensive evidence of  systemic misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act  by senior management instigated by their principal legal Officer Mathew Osborne.
Instead of exposing this as required to the minister( Robert McClelland) Alison Larkins acting Commonwealth Ombudsman and Diane Merryfull senior assistant Ombudsman had a deal to cover this up.
Alison Larkins has now been referred to the APS Commissioner and a copy of the report  that was made has been sought under FOI.
How many years has this been occurring???
It appears Alison Larkins is following the same unethical pattern as Allan Asher.
If you look at the statistics of the Ombudsman all complaints that reach category 4 should be reopened and the extent of deals covered up by the Commonwealth Ombudsman would be revealed in government dpartments

Is  Alison larkins covering up the systemic misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act because the implications of this could bring the  Commonwealth Ombudsman down because it has been protecting such behaviour for years and it would cost the Government Billions in liability payments????

Alison larkins actions are unethical and breaches the APS Code of Conduct and Ethics.

She is unfit to hold the position of acting Commonwealth Ombudsman.

If she is prepared to cover up extensive misconduct at ITSA while holding the position of Commonwealth Ombudsman , what did she coverup in the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND AGEING>

Alison Larkins/ unethical conduct at the commonwealth Ombudsman

On the 11th November 2011 Alison Larkins,Acting Commonwealth Ombudsman and Diane Merryfull met with representatives of senior Management of ITSA.
The Commonwealth Ombudsman had been given extensive  evidence of systemic misconduct and breaches of the bankruptcy Act which had flourished under the leadership of Veronique Ingram. She was made aware of the  atrocious behaviour of Senior management though failed to act. This is a breach of the APS Code of conduct.
Mathew Osborne had advised senior Management  that section 134(3) gives a trustee discretion to breach the entire bankruptcy Act. He also told  senior management that section 134(4) could be used to breach Section 19 Duties of a trustee and also it could be used to breach the APS Code of Conduct and Values.
Mathew Osborne never thought he would be caught out and he had Mark Findlay (Bankruptcy Regulations) cover for him.
Instead of exposing  this culture of misconduct  Alison Larkins did a deal with ITSA to cover up this behaviour.
By failing to bring a stop to this behaviour she has actively encouraged it.
This clearly demonstrates that Alison Larkins is prepared to participate in highly unethical conduct.
How many other Government Departments has she been prepared to cover up misconduct in????
